Ali has over seven years of Relationship Management experience in the banking sector having worked at Société Générale, Arab Bank, and Ahli Bank. Ali earned his BA in Finance from the University of Jordan, and he has completed numerous training courses from the Institute of Banking Studies.
Rakan holds a B.A. degree in Graphic Design from Al-Ahliya Amman University. He has 10 years of experience in animation and graphic design and has also worked in administration and translation.
Dua'a has experience in the administrative field of industrial engineering, particularly business operations and solving structural problems. She received her a BA in Industrial Engineering at the University of Jordan. For her graduation project, she was trained by Palma Consulting in Amman and was assigned to work on a project for liwwa to help monitor and improve customer service workflow by developing performance KPIs.
Faisal received his BA in History from Brown University in 2015. He is passionate about supporting SMEs and works on liwwa's business development and operations.

Rama has graduated from the University of Jordan with a degree in business economics. She has worked in event coordinating and is interested in the economies of Arab countries.
Financial Development & Reporting Manager
Mohamad is a financial professional with more than eight years of experience in strategic planning, financial development, budgeting & forecasting, and financial analysis. He earned his BA in Accounting from the Hashemite University.
Doa'a has worked as a Customer Service Representative in Grupo Global Exchange and Al-Jummar Company. She graduated from University of Jordan with a degree in Spanish and English Literature as well earning a certificate in Spanish Translation from Universidad de Alcalá.
David has worked for Bridgewater Associates and the Swedish government. He has a bachelor's degree from Princeton University and an M.Phil from the University of Oxford.
Samer has over a decade of software development and management experience in companies like Etsy and Wireless Generation. He received his BA degree in Physics in 2006 from Guilford College.

Sara graduated in 2017 from the University of Jordan with a degree in Marketing and a high rating. Sara is passionate about Customer Service and about growing in the E-Marketing field.
Sondos graduated from the University of Jordan with degrees in Spanish and English language and literature. She also holds a Social Media Marketing Certificate from the University of Sydney.
Tahir H. Butt
Tahir has worked for many years as a software engineer focusing on building data systems for analytics and reporting. He received bachelor degrees in Cognitive Science and Mathematics from Johns Hopkins University.
Nadeen has worked as a customer service representative at Bank of Jordan. She earned her BA in Finance from the University of Jordan, and has passed the second part of the CMA exam.

Majd graduated from the University of Jordan with a degree in Finance and has worked at the Bank of Jordan as a VIP teller for three years.
Junior Credit Officer
Ruba graduated from the University of Jordan with a degree in Accounting. She has worked as a Customer Service Rep. and as a Senior Customer Service Rep. for 4 years at Arab Bank and has passed the second part of the CMA exam.
Mohammad has worked in credit and customer service at Jordan Islamic Bank, and volunteered for five years supporting youth photographers in Amman. He received his BA in Accounting from Yarmouk University in 2012 and holds multiple certificates from the Institute of Banking Studies.
Rasha has more than 10 years of experience in finance at several companies in the banking, logistics and manufacturing sectors. She earned her BA in Finance from the University of Jordan and has earned CPA & CMA certificates.
Zaid has worked in several financial institutions and Jordanian banks for more than 10 years, mostly in the SME sector. He has also earned a BA in Finance & Banking Science with Excellence from Al Zaytoonah University of Jordan.
Brian has experience in economic development and SME lending. He earned a BA in International Politics and Economics from Middlebury College in 2015.
Ahmed has experience in journalism and fixed-income finance. He received his BA in 2006 from the University of Pennsylvania and an MPP from Harvard University in 2013.
Eric has over 8 years of software development experience and comes from a simulation industry background. He earned his BS in Game Design and Development from Full Sail University in 2008.
Raniah received her BA in finance and banking management in 2014 from the Applied Science University in Amman (ASU) and MSc in Finance and Management from the University of Exeter in 2016. Raniah has previous experience in financial services companies, and she currently works with liwwa's credit team.
Ahmad has over six years of Sales experience at several Microfinance institutions in Jordan. He received a BA in International Relations & Strategic Studies from The Hashemite University.
Hagop was part of the founding team of Silicon Badia, whose funds include Badia Impact Fund C.V., a venture capital fund investing in the Middle East. He graduated from Harvard University in 2008.
Hala has experience in economic research, statistical modelling and forecasting, commodity markets, and investment banking. Hala is the recipient of many awards for her research and academic achievements. She received her Master's Degree from the University of Illinois (Urbana Champaign) and her Bachelors degree from the American University in Cairo (AUC), graduating from both institutions with the highest honours.
Aashna is an undergraduate student at the University of Pennsylvania pursuing a Bachelors of Science in Economics at The Wharton School. She enjoys problem-solving and is interested in the role of entrepreneurship in developing economies. At liwwa, Aashna is working on projects targeted towards user acquisition and market development.
Khizrah is an undergraduate student at the University of Pennsylvania, majoring in Mathematical Economics and minoring in Data Science. She is extremely interested in understanding emerging fintech systems and their ability to reach unexplored audiences. She is currently working with the team to increase investor engagement and researching potential new markets for liwwa.
