Ali Abutaa
Senior Credit Officer
Ali has over seven years of Relationship Management experience in the banking sector having worked at Société Générale, Arab Bank, and Ahli Bank. Ali earned his BA in Finance from the University of Jordan, and he has completed numerous training courses from the Institute of Banking Studies.


Rakan Al-Hadeed
Customer Service Rep.
Rakan holds a B.A. degree in Graphic Design from Al-Ahliya Amman University. He has 10 years of experience in animation and graphic design and has also worked in administration and translation.


Dua'a Al-Hawamdeh
Customer Service Manager
Dua'a has experience in the administrative field of industrial engineering, particularly business operations and solving structural problems. She received her a BA in Industrial Engineering at the University of Jordan. For her graduation project, she was trained by Palma Consulting in Amman and was assigned to work on a project for liwwa to help monitor and improve customer service workflow by developing performance KPIs.


Rama Al-Qitami
Customer Service Rep.
Rama has graduated from the University of Jordan with a degree in business economics. She has worked in event coordinating and is interested in the economies of Arab countries.


Doa'a Ammayreh
Human Resources Manager
Doa'a has worked as a Customer Service Representative in Grupo Global Exchange and Al-Jummar Company. She graduated from University of Jordan with a degree in Spanish and English Literature as well earning a certificate in Spanish Translation from Universidad de Alcalá.


David Asker
Chief Data Scientist
David has worked for Bridgewater Associates and the Swedish government. He has a bachelor's degree from Princeton University and an M.Phil from the University of Oxford.


Samer Atiani
Co-founder and CTO
Samer has over a decade of software development and management experience in companies like Etsy and Wireless Generation. He received his BA degree in Physics in 2006 from Guilford College.


Sara Atout
Customer Service Rep.
Sara graduated in 2017 from the University of Jordan with a degree in Marketing and a high rating. Sara is passionate about Customer Service and about growing in the E-Marketing field.


Nadeen Haddad
Customer Service Rep.
Nadeen has worked as a customer service representative at Bank of Jordan. She earned her BA in Finance from the University of Jordan, and has passed the second part of the CMA exam.


Majd Hassan
Customer Service Rep.
Majd graduated from the University of Jordan with a degree in Finance and has worked at the Bank of Jordan as a VIP teller for three years.


Ruba Iftaiha
Junior Credit Officer
Ruba graduated from the University of Jordan with a degree in Accounting. She has worked as a Customer Service Rep. and as a Senior Customer Service Rep. for 4 years at Arab Bank and has passed the second part of the CMA exam.


Mohammad Ja'abo
Credit Officer
Mohammad has worked in credit and customer service at Jordan Islamic Bank, and volunteered for five years supporting youth photographers in Amman. He received his BA in Accounting from Yarmouk University in 2012 and holds multiple certificates from the Institute of Banking Studies.


Rasha Koro
Finance Director
Rasha has more than 10 years of experience in finance at several companies in the banking, logistics and manufacturing sectors. She earned her BA in Finance from the University of Jordan and has earned CPA & CMA certificates.


Zaid Kurdi
Sales Manager
Zaid has worked in several financial institutions and Jordanian banks for more than 10 years, mostly in the SME sector. He has also earned a BA in Finance & Banking Science with Excellence from Al Zaytoonah University of Jordan.


Brian Marland
Research Analyst
Brian has experience in economic development and SME lending. He earned a BA in International Politics and Economics from Middlebury College in 2015.


Ahmed Moor
Co-founder and CEO
Ahmed has experience in journalism and fixed-income finance. He received his BA in 2006 from the University of Pennsylvania and an MPP from Harvard University in 2013.


Raniah Shawkat
Credit Officer
Raniah received her BA in finance and banking management in 2014 from the Applied Science University in Amman (ASU) and MSc in Finance and Management from the University of Exeter in 2016. Raniah has previous experience in financial services companies, and she currently works with liwwa's credit team.
